Green Licorice

I woke up this morning to the annoying sound of an alarm clock ringing in my ear and a pounding headache right between the eyes! Great way to start off the morning and trust me...when you are a teacher...those headaches don't go away to easily! So...I took...don't gasp...about 5 Tylenol to get my head to clear up so that I could give my 20 kids my full attention! I get to work and am listening to my coworker go on about her day off yesterday and blah, blah, blah and then, then....one of my favorite kiddos comes bounding in with their show-n-tell for the day...none other than...green licorice!! It was the best and enough to make my day complete! It was the best "L" word not to mention they brought enough for everyone to share :) I love the innocence of children and the things that make them SOOO happy! It makes me think...that headache may not have been so bad and I am so glad that I wake up to go to a job where I make a difference and bring a smile to these kids faces! I know this blog rarely makes sense...I warned you...not a good writer...BUT it has given me a chance to talk about how I feel about things or just get out thoughts that come to me during the day!
